If criminal activity is suspected, refer the case to law enforcement agencies for legal action.
- Public Awareness Campaigns: Collaborate with media to enhance public education on food safety during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
- For Food Producers and Sellers: Educate them on compliance with food safety laws, including facility conditions, equipment standards, knowledge and practices of staff, raw material sourcing, product registration, use of colorants, flavorings, additives, packaging, and labeling requirements.
- For Consumers: Provide guidance on selecting, preparing, storing, and using safe food products. Advise consumers to purchase products with proper labeling and clear origins, and to avoid using unlisted additives or incorrect dosages.

Investigate food poisoning incidents, identify causes, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
