Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính paid a warm visit to former Vice President Nguyễn Thị Bình, expressing sincere gratitude for her significant contributions to the national liberation struggle, national construction, and defense. He specifically highlighted her service as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam and Head of its delegation at the Paris Peace Talks on Vietnam from 1969 to 1973.

As the first and long-serving Chair of the Kovalevskaia Award Committee of Vietnam (from 1985 to 2016, a total of 31 years), former Vice President Nguyễn Thị Bình dedicated significant effort and intellect to the Award's success, encouraging Vietnamese women in scientific research.

The Prime Minister wished her good health, longevity, and continued contributions to the country.

Former Vice President Nguyễn Thị Bình thanked Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính for his kind sentiments and concern. She expressed confidence that, under the Party's leadership, the country would accelerate its development and achieve even greater successes in the new era, fifty years after reunification.
