May 19th is a day marked by many significant events in the history of the nation and the people of Vietnam.  It is the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, the brilliant leader of the Party and the Vietnamese people, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, a national liberation hero, and a world cultural icon.  It is also a traditional day for many units within the Vietnam People's Army.
