At Cai Beo Pier, visitors purchase a sightseeing ticket for 30,000 VND per person, and then take a boat or kayak to Lan Ha Bay. The cost for renting a private boat is 2.2 - 3.8 million VND for 2.5 - 4 hours and 5.7 million VND for 6 hours, with boats accommodating up to 25 people. Motorized kayaks are priced at 500,000 - 1 million VND, depending on the capacity for 5 - 10 people.
Visitors are advised to book a tour to save money, which costs about 200,000 - 350,000 VND per person and includes lunch. Popular itineraries include touring the bay and ancient fishing villages, swimming and snorkeling at some pristine beaches, and kayaking freely.
