Ms. Hoàng Thị Thái Hòa, a computer science teacher at Quỳnh Bảng Secondary School in Quỳnh Lưu District, has been dedicating 10% of her monthly salary to assist orphaned and underprivileged students. Having experienced hardship herself and receiving support from her teachers during her student years, Ms. Hòa's past experiences greatly influenced her decision to become a teacher, with the aim of helping students in difficult situations like her own.

Graduating with a degree in Computer Science Education in 2001, Ms. Hòa began her career with a low salary but continued to donate 10% of her earnings to charity even as her salary increased. She supports orphaned students by providing funds for tuition, clothing, and textbooks, and has also adopted four orphaned children, helping them with their education and development. She pays special attention to students in challenging circumstances and actively seeks community support.

Ms. Hòa regularly collects old books to donate to poor students and has set up social media groups to rally support from former students for special cases. Her husband is also actively involved in supporting her charitable work, assisting her in reaching out to those in need.

The leadership of Quỳnh Bảng Secondary School highly values Ms. Hòa’s dedication and generosity, and she hopes to continue her teaching and charitable work to assist even more individuals in difficult situations.
