Hue's Dual Beauty: Past & Present

This photo is amazing. It's so moving to see the city like this—the two extremes of Hue, present and past. Someone said Hue isn't beautiful, but when it is, it's insanely beautiful!

Note: The Perfume River is the boundary between Thua Thien Hue and Phu Xuan districts (the clearest and most easily visible district boundary in Vietnam).
