Vietjet Honored as "Best Place to Work in Asia"

Vietjet has been recognized as the "Best Place to Work in Asia" at the HR Asia Awards 2024, thanks to its outstanding welfare policies and professional training programs. At the awards ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City on August 8, Vietjet was praised for its diverse workforce of over 6,000 employees from 50 countries, its professional working environment, and ample career advancement opportunities.
 

The company provides regular health check-ups and continuous training for its employees, and also supports their families with priority policies for joining Vietjet. The work environment at Vietjet is designed to be open, green, and includes amenities such as dining areas, shopping facilities, entertainment options, and a gym.

Vietjet also invests in high technology and the latest equipment at airports, maintenance facilities, and on aircraft. The Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) regularly hosts international training courses and has recently become an official training partner of IATA.
