Hanoi's Minh Khai: A Transformed Boulevard

This is Minh Khai Street in Hanoi after a five-year transformation. From a chaotic, frequently congested road, it's become a wide, beautiful boulevard, like something you'd see in the West.

I used to dread traveling along Truong Chinh Street, Minh Khai Street, and Vinh Tuy Bridge because of the traffic jams. The road was narrow and crowded. But now, with the road widening and the elevated Ring Road 2, Hanoi residents experience far less congestion.

We desperately need more transformations like this.
