Nguyen Xuan Hiep, born in 2007, lives in Zone 7, Am Ha Commune, Ha Hoa District, Phu Tho Province. He comes from a particularly difficult background. He lost his father when he was only five years old. Then, in March 2025, his mother, Tran Thi Hai, passed away after a serious illness. Orphaned, Hiep was left vulnerable and at risk of dropping out of school.

To help him continue his education and pursue his dreams, the Am Ha Commune Police reported to the local party committee and government, proposing a "Commune Police Adopted Child" program to take Hiep in.

The "Commune Police Adopted Child" program provides not only material support but also significant emotional support, demonstrating the love and responsibility of the People's Public Security Force towards the less fortunate. This also motivates children from disadvantaged backgrounds, giving them the strength and belief in a brighter future.
