Hai Phong

Hai Phong is one of the five centrally governed cities of Vietnam. It is the third largest city in Vietnam and an important port city, as well as an industrial hub. Additionally, it serves as a center for the economy, culture, healthcare, education, science, commerce, and technology in the Northern Coastal Region of Vietnam.
