Bai Dinh Pagoda

The Bai Dinh Pagoda complex, constructed in 2003, covers an area of over 500 hectares and is surrounded by magnificent limestone mountains. The complex is divided into two sections: the New Pagoda and the Ancient Pagoda. Visitors can explore the site on foot or by electric shuttle (costing 30,000 VND per person per ride - $1.2). Some of the main halls that tourists often visit include the Phap Chu Hall (which has five sections, with a central statue of Buddha Shakyamuni that is 10 meters tall and weighs 100 tons), the Tam The Hall, and the bell tower, where you can admire the Great Bell weighing 36 tons.
