Hidden amidst the mountains and forests of Trùng Khánh, Ngườm Ngao Cave is located about 3km from Bản Giốc Waterfall. It's not only a destination for nature lovers, but also an ideal place to explore the geological history of Cao Bằng province.

Locals say the cave is approximately 2,144 meters long with three main entrances: Ngườm Ngao, Ngườm Lồm, and Bản Thuôn, each leading to a different, magical space.

In February, the air is cool and fresh, with the cave maintaining a comfortable temperature of 18-22°C, even when it's chilly outside. The limestone has formed into stalactites and stalagmites of countless shapes and sizes. These natural rock formations have been given names based on their unique appearances, such as the Golden Lotus Bud, the Coral Tree, and the Lotus Altar. Combined with the gentle sound of trickling water, these features create a mysterious and vibrant atmosphere within the cave.

Note:

* Clothing: Wear athletic shoes or hiking boots, as the stone floor can be slippery.
* Visiting Time: Allow 1-2 hours for your visit. Go in the morning or early afternoon for the best lighting.
* Itinerary Suggestion: Visit Bản Giốc Waterfall after exploring the cave to fully appreciate the natural beauty of Trùng Khánh.
