Beach Tourism in Đồ Sơn

Đồ Sơn is divided into 3 areas, with Area 2 dedicated to beach swimming, and Area 1 for dining and strolling. Along the coastal road, visitors can explore Hang Pagoda, reputed to be the first place Buddhism was introduced to Vietnam; Ngọc Hoàng Temple; and Vạn Ngang Temple. Tường Long Pagoda, located at the highest peak of Đồ Sơn, offers a panoramic view of the beautiful coastline. Bà Đế Temple, on the way to Đồ Sơn, is also very famous and dedicated to the wife of Lord Trịnh.

Don’t forget to visit the Bao Dai Villa on the hill with its breezy and cool views from four directions, even in the summer. The villa is surrounded by the scent of frangipani flowers, creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. You can rent royal attire for photos at the villa for 30,000 VND per session.

Đồ Sơn features entertainment and sightseeing spots such as Dragon Hill, Dấu Island, and a casino. Looking at the map, the Dragon Hill resort is designed in the shape of a phoenix flower, the city's symbol. The project includes a theme park complex themed around Sơn Tinh - Thủy Tinh covering nearly 25 hectares; a 27-hole golf course with a sea view; a Lagoon system filtered by modern water filtration technology; and fine white sand transported from Nha Trang.
